None of those adjectives describe the doctor or his staff. I would call them unprofessional, uncaring, untrained and unreachable. My insurance requested information from them and never got it. My appointment was rescheduled twice. I asked to speak with the doctor before my procedure so that he could answer my questions, since no one else could. The response I got was that he was too busy to see me. However, he wanted me sedated and waiting for him for a procedure I have had at other doctors and never been sedated for? Needless to say I walked out. As a patient I have to right to have my questions and concerns addressed before you treat me.
