Dr. Keith Sullivan graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1971 before completing a residency in Oncology at American Cancer Society, University of Washington School of Medicine from 1976 to 1978. He then completed a fellowship in Medical Oncology at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Cen from 1978 to 1979.
Dr. Sullivan has one office in North Carolina where he specializes in Hematology / Oncology and Hematology.
