Medicaid assigned our family to Dr. Abston. I called to schedule a 1st time appointment for my very sick son and the lady was very rude, abrupt and hostile in informing me that they were not accepting new patients. She didn't even ask for information about my son and told me that "she didn't know why they kept sending them new patients". Doesn't sound like this staff should be in the business of helping people with these crappy attitudes. Is this the impression that your business wants to make on new clients? I'd hope not. We are currently exploring other "professionals".
