Highly unprofessional and Iill prepared. Does not show a genuine concern in my mother's health care needs. We have wasted time with appointments where he has referred her out to specialist but has failed to follow up or read results. After today's appointment this man almost backed into us in the parking lot and then attempted to rear end us and cut us off with his vehicle. I rolled my window down to speak with the driver who was displaying erratic behavior and to both our surprise is was Dr. Raymond Rosario. As of today she is no longer his patient.
