Dr. Andrew Hoyer graduated from University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2000 before completing a residency in Pediatrics at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC from 2000 to 2003. He then completed a fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at Oregon Health & Science University from 2003 to 2006.
