Dr. Bruce Webber graduated from UAG - Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in 1977 before completing a residency in General Surgery at Oregon Health & Sciences University in Portland, OR from 1980 to 1985. He then completed a fellowship in Surgical Oncology at Oregon Health & Sciences University from 1982 to 1983.
