Dr. David Murdoch graduated from Medical University of South Carolina in 1999 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from 1999 to 2002. He then completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Duke University Medical Center from 2003 to 2006.
