Dr. Leggett is a great pain care doctor. He listens to your needs and wants and helps guides you to where you want to be. He never pushes anything that I don't feel comfortable with. Highly recommended.

I've been a patient under Dr. Leggett and currently still see him in his newer office in Jackson. Dr. Leggett is a doctor who cares and if you are truely in pain you will find out how much he does care. His knowledge is profound and he will not push procedures off on you unless you want them. It is such a pleasure having him taking care of me and my hope is he remains at his location for years to come as my condition will never go away but the dr. Certainly makes it more tolerable!

I have seen Dr Leggett for at least 4 plus years and can tell you I would not have another doctor.He has always been available to me when I have needed him .Dr.Leggett has the best bed side manner and is very professional.He takes as long as he has to to help me when I needed to talk about another medical problem . I have recommended Dr.Leggett to a lot of people and some have become his patients also. I don’t have enough space to write all the wonderful things about Dr.Leggett and his staff. The staff has always been there for me also .They have always been friendly and go out of their way to make me feel special and welcome. Any one who has ever been to Dr.Leggetts office can tell you just how nice and professional his office is .

Dr. Leggett is a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend him to those in need of pain management. My husband has been going to him for over 2 years now. We travel over an hour to see him. I am also going to start seeing him for myself. He is a very understanding listener. Dr. Leggett takes the time to listen and explain everything. He answers any and all questions. Whenever we have to call in to the office, someone always answers, we are met with a friendly staff. The staff is just as nice as Dr. Leggett. We truly appreciate the service we get when we see Dr. Leggett ,the PA, and the staff. So kudos to all of you that make our experience great!

i really did like Dr Leggett but only saw him one time and since then have seen the PA, I've been changed several times on my medication and have suffered horribly from side affects, when I call the office to let them know how sick I am and how bad my head pounds from the new medication the same receptionist always tells me there's no available appointments and I'll have to wait until my next scheduled visit to be seen, I really can't comprehend that any Dr would allow there patient to suffer the way I've suffered.....it has been a total nightmare!!! No matter how much I express the suffering I'm going through I can never get an appointment or even have the Dr call me back...I have begged for help with NO results except a NO WE have nothing available, I just find this very hard to believe, I feel like Dr Leggett don't really know how some of his patients r being treated....I'm not happy at all, I've never suffered in pain the way I have these past few months.....something needs to change at this office....

Dr. Leggett’s reply: I'm sorry that you feel this way. You missed an appointment on June 2nd and were seen on June 9th. You called and requested to be seen immediately on June 29th. Our practice is very busy and because of this, we have a very limited number of spaces on the schedule. We are seeing 40-50 patients daily because we are the only provider who takes Medicaid, wellcare,etc. I assure you that if we get a cancellation prior to your appointment, we will let you know. Again, I apologize that we are not able to get you in immediately. In addition, the medication changes that you referenced above were changes that were required by your insurance company. Again, I'm sorry that you're suffering through this, but we will do what we can to help.
