Dr. Howard Levinson graduated from University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB) in 1997 before completing a residency in General Surgery at Brown University from 2002 to 2005. He then completed a fellowship in Wound Healing (Research) at New York University from 1998 to 1999.
