Dr. James Fowler graduated from Medical University of South Carolina before completing a residency in Plastic Surgery at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He then completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery at University of South Florida.
Dr. Fowler has one office in South Carolina where he specializes in Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr. Fowler works with four doctors including Dr. James Wallace and Dr. Joseph Debrux.
