Dr. Julian Paniagua graduated from Universidad De El Salvador in 1987 before completing a residency in Pediatrics at Benjamin Bloom Children's Hospital from 1987 to 1989. He then completed a fellowship in Neonatology at 1st of May Hospital from 1990 to 1991.
