Dr. Mark Sanders is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and holds Subspecialty Certificate in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society, and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
Identified as one of Houston´s "Top Docs" in H Texas magazine, Dr. Sanders began his private Orthopaedic Surgery Practice in Houston in 1986. He maintains his office at the River Oaks Medical Tower in Houston and is on staff at Surgical Specialty Hospital of America, and the ROC Surgical Center.
As an orthopedic surgeon in Texas, Dr. Sanders is trained to detect and treat all forms of damage to the musculoskeletal system, including the tendons, ligaments, joints, bones, and muscles.
