AvailableVery rude, conceited, passive aggressive, fails to follow through with the most basic of practitioner's responsibilities, and blames others when that is brought into question. Avoid like an oozing rash. There does exist pain doctors who care. Couldn't wait to decide on treatment until after doing her own examination or reading previous doctor's notes. Told me I was too young to take pain medication when she first entered the room. Failed to ever request my records. Never ordered the MRI she said she would. Never followed through with my insurance for a prior authorization on a prescription. Failed to provide me with a sample of the same medication. Couldn't keep straight what she did or did not prescribe me and even made a mistake in dosing a strong type of opioid. A big mistake potentially dangerous if my Pharmacist had not caught it. During second visit she dragged her Nurse/Assistant in front of me so that she could blame EVERYTHING on her. Blame lies with Dr. Torres not the office staff. AWFUL experience.
