Dr. Phillip Horne graduated from The Ohio State College of Medicine in 2009 before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC from 2009 to 2014. He then completed a fellowship in Spine Surgery at Hospital for Special Surgery from 2014 to 2015.
