Eyelid & Facial Aesthetics, located in Charlottesville, Virginia, is the private solo practice of Dr. Sara Kaltreider. Dr. Kaltreider offers many types of care to help patients look their very best including body contouring, Juvéderm®treatments, blepharoplasty, treatment for facial wrinkles, laser skin resurfacing, treatment for sun spots, cellulite reduction, and ptosis repair along with many other options.
Dr. Kaltreider earned her undergraduate degree at the College of William and Mary. She then went on to complete medical school at Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University. Following an internship and a primary care residency, Dr. Kaltreider started an Ophthalmology Residency at Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. She then completed a fellowship in oculoplastic & reconstructive surgery under the guidance of elite surgeon Dr. Richard K. Dortzbach at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, WI.
Dr. Kaltreider has in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, which makes her uniquely qualified to perform both cosmetic and functional procedures for her patients.
