Dr. Todd Horkins graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2002 before completing a residency in Radiology at Oakwood Hospital. Dr. Horkins then completed a fellowship in Breast Imaging at Henry Ford Hospital.
Dr. Horkins has two offices in Florida and specializes in Radiology.
